Honey Mustard Dressing

A quick homemade honey mustard dressing that’s rich, tangy, and perfectly balanced—great for everyday salads and dipping.

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp honey
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Pinch of sea salt
  • freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine the Dijon mustard, honey, and lemon juice. Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking continuously. This will create a smooth, slightly creamy dressing.
  • Use immediately or let it sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to come together.
