honey

white wine vinegar

extra-virgin olive oil

of sea salt and black pepper

Instructions
Thinly slice the cucumbers using a mandoline. Thinly slice the red onion as well.
Finely chop the dill and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine the honey, white wine vinegar, chopped dill, and extra-virgin olive oil. Season the dressing with sea salt and black pepper.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the sliced cucumbers and red onions with the dressing until well coated.
Add dots of pickled mustard seeds on top of the cucumber salad.
Serve the cucumber salad chilled or at room temperature.
